Foucault Pendulum on Rotating Earth -- Coriolis Force Simulation with VPython

Nov 11,2018

In physics, the Coriolis force is an inertial force that acts on objects that are in motion relative to a rotating reference frame. However, many people, including us, have been confused with it or haven't totally understood the concept of how Coriolis force works. Therefore, we developed a few programs with VPython, a Python module for 3D demonstration.
