Paul Hills has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. His career to date has embraced exposure to a number of key disciplines – including sales, auctioneering, land management, property development and valuation.
With a strong interest in property from a very young age, Paul chose to study Property Development at the University of Portsmouth. Over a 4-year course he combined his formal studies with practical experience – working as assistant to the land manager of a real estate consultancy in the English county of Berkshire.
After University, he joined a small real estate firm with a heavy involvement in rural property. Advancing to the position of principal valuer and sales negotiator, he was responsible for the listing and selling of, in his own words, ‘some magnificent rural properties.’
Backed by his formal qualifications in property development, Paul moved from selling English stately homes to a new role with a land and new homes company – sourcing new development
