STAGE is a research program founded by the European Research Council and hosted by Rennes 2 University. STAGE’s key goal is to place the “performative turn” (Fischer-Lichte 2008) of performing arts studies in a digital context to establish a new historiography of mise en scène and their creative processes in Europe since WWII.
