Ten years ago, aged 50, I decided I'd had enough of being overweight and poorly. I changed my food and my lifestyle from the standard western diet to Keto and Low Carb, plus Intermittent Fasting. More recently Carnivore. I also changed my approach to food choices and my behaviours around food. Over time I lost the weight, kept it off, regained my health and changed forever my approach to food and nutrition. In these videos I will take you from Low Carb, to Keto to Carnivore.
