I will share international meals learned during my travels, residences, multi-cultural friends and other methods while demonstrating how a Westerner can cook other cultures food to perfection. And from to time I will introduce centuries old recipes into the menu based on in depth factual research.

All of the above will be complemented with my very strong background in Caribbean, Spanish and North American Southern food. And yes, I have mastered the art of cooking meat and the art of cooking rices — almost to a science.
