My name is Niloo and I'm an advocate for healthy lifestyle and healthy body & mind. A pilates teacher and educator by trade who believes in a key principle in life, Following moderation and staying away from exaggeration.
By increasing our concentration on breath, movements and correct alignment we get in tune with our own inner and outer structures. More connected I'd say.
I thought how can I motivate and reach more people to include movements in their day to day life? Then this idea of 10-minute videos came to me because everybody's got 10 minutes to spare, don't they?
These videos are up to 10 minutes in length consisted of pilates moves to stabilize core, strengthen joints, and tone muscles. Most importantly they are totally doable and producing significant results.
