Kennebec Valley Community College (KVCC) is a part of the Maine Community College System in heart of Fairfield, Maine. BoLTS, or the Brightspace Learning Technical Support service provides direct support to students and faculty who have questions about how to use Brightspace. BoLTS services as a support source for Brightspace support for learners enrolled at the college. It is also a gateway service for faculty seeking instructional design support.
