This is Krishna, alumnus of BITS Goa & IIM Lucknow, worked in multiple organizations in leadership positions. I have guided hundreds of employees, freshers and have interviewed hundreds of talented people. I have observed lot of people who fall much short in realizing their full potential, be it in cracking interviews or clearing examinations etc.

I have started this channel to share knowledge whatever that I have acquired over the years with everyone. There are few reasons for this
- knowledge is the only wealth that grows with sharing
- what we donate in this life is what we get in our next lives
- world will be a better place when we know something more today than what we knew yesterday
- many people don't have access to guidance and resources
- knowledge should be free. God has created all good things to be available for free for everyone. Air is free, water is free, sunlight is free, happiness is free, love is free etc etc.
