Wilson Lee Flores is a real estate entrepreneur, college teacher, economics and politics analyst, award-winning writer, poet in English and Filipino languages, author of five books, columnist of Philippine Star newspaper, art collector, foodie and baker who owns the Kamuning Bakery Cafe which was established in 1939 in Quezon City of the Philippines.

He is moderator of Kamuning Bakery Cafe's non-partisan, tertulia-inspired Pandesal Forum which seeks to help elevate discourse on national and global issues, where newsmakers and leaders dialogue frankly and freely with media and intellectuals. [email protected]

Ever since he bought Kamuning Bakery Cafe and revived it, much of the profits from this business has been donated for unique civic and cultural projects such as the annual World Pandesal Day on October 16, annual World Poetry Day on March 21, free medical missions, giving breads, donations of public schoolbuildings to rural regions all over the Philippines.
