January 2025 I bought a 50-acre forest in Suffolk, UK—and this is going to be a wild adventure. Since 2007, I’ve built a manufacturing company by improving processes, making things lean, and finding smarter ways to get things done. But now, I’m taking that mindset into the great outdoors—restoring a historic flint wall, setting up off-grid power, experimenting with builds, and seeing just how far I can push this place.
This isn’t just a project—it’s an experiment in building, problem-solving, and having a ridiculous amount of fun along the way. From crazy ideas to unexpected challenges, I’m sharing everything I learn as I turn this woodland into something incredible.
