Susan Britton, MCC, is founder and president of The Academies. Since 2001, her leadership in coaching education has supported thousands of coaches across six continents to earn an ICF credential. Susan’s passions combine coaching, neuroscience, and a psychodynamic approach to change. She holds a Bachelors of Music Therapy degree and is currently studying organizational change in her Executive Masters degree program at INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). A former ICF Community of Practice Leader, Susan has authored 7 books, delivered hundreds of presentations, and created memorable brain-friendly coaching models such as “Red Zone | Blue Zone” to support the company’s mission of “Changing Minds, For Good”!
