My name is Esther, and I am the creator of CyberSafety 101. This course was shaped out of my passion for STEM, the growing need for education in cybersecurity, and my desire to create positive change. But most of all, CyberSafety 101 was forged from a dream, a dream of a safer internet for a world that is becoming increasingly dependent on technology.

Our mission at CyberSafety 101 is to educate seniors about cybersecurity and inspire them to pursue a healthy digital lifestyle. We acknowledge that it's difficult to learn something new, but we also believe that with resources, motivation, and hard work, it's 100% possible– and we're here to make that happen. We're here to make your cyber dreams your reality.

Thanks to Jodi Ito, the Chief Information Officer for the University of Hawaii, for providing valuable advice, One Kalakaua and the Plaza at Waikiki for introducing CyberSafety 101 to its very first audience, and Girl Scouts of Hawaii for shaping me into the person I am today.
