The new channel will be focused around my running and my health. I have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and high triglycerides. I plan to change or reverse as much of this I can whether it being with medication or just becoming healthier to where I may be able to come off said medication.
I plan to post meal ideas and recipes as I learn them to be able to eat healthier.
I will also upload runs as I train myself to go from NOT being a runner to running a 5k before I hit 40!
I will also include videos of items I have purchased for running as well as review videos.
I am doing this not just for my self but for my family as they need me to be around to be there for them.
