ABOUT THE PROJECT
Yogis have known for centuries that breath is a powerful healer. This research team conducted a randomized controlled trial (RCT) on the effects of a Yogic breathing technique on Chronic Low Back Pain. Our group found that just a twice weekly, 30 minute practice plus some basic anatomy and yogic philosophy resulted in statically significant improvements in the research participants' chronic low back pain, quality of life & disability status.
