As a food-loving and cheeky child, Chef Sing was sent by his mother to pick up discipline from an experienced tze char cook. It was there that he started picking up the ropes of food preparation and culinary techniques and also discovered his love of cooking, despite the challenging environment where he had to perform multiple kitchen chores. With his persistence and passion, he has since carved out a niche over close to three decades in F&B, leading various dining and hospitality establishments as head chef and lending his culinary expertise as an esteemed consultant chef for numerous brands.

自年幼便到煮炒档口打下坚固烹饪基础的阿信师傅，通过一步一脚印，累积了28年丰富的餐饮经验。从小做起的他，从渐渐爱上烹饪到后来成为不少餐饮店和酒店的总厨，也曾担任数个饮食品牌的顾问。阿信师傅对餐饮业的热爱一刻都没停息!
