Bison Express is a membership-based organization formed under the charter of Howard University to encourage and facilitate financial support of Howard University's athletics, marching band, and cheerleaders in alignment with the mission of Howard University, and the rules and regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
