What is Attention Compass?

Around 2010, with full-time Ph.D. studies plus side work to make ends meet, I was struggling with my attention and ability to manage information. I got serious about implementing a useful system. Around 2016, I realized that my system could be valuable for others - Attention Compass was born. Since 2016, I've been coaching clients in how to implement their own Attention Compass.
